Other areas of expertise include flood mitigation, fire and reconstruction."

"Rob Wright will be discussing various aspects of EIFS failures and its affects on both interior and exterior building components. Rob will be providing a remediator's insight into primary and secondary water damage, structural wood rot, and mold. Several case studies of local remediation projects will highlight the impacts to the structure, indoor air quality, occupant health, and an inspector's liability when an inspection goes south."
