Corey Friedman, City Inspector for Northbrook, will talk about the responsibilities of the city inspector and answer question about city inspections.

"Levels of Home Performance Testing"

Joe Konopacki, Insight Property Services, Inc will talk about the various levels of testing and evaluating the envelope tightness of a house and the role these levels play in the future with government regulations.

Michael Petrillo, Secure24, from our chapter affiliate,
will talk about the following items

• Present some facts about burglaries in Illinois and the need for residential security systems.
• Their Affiliate Services Rewards Program.
  • Not only home security, but additional services our program provides for the clients (free concierge service)
  • How our program is going to benefit home inspectors and most importantly their clients
• New burglar and fire technology
• Different levels/packages of home security.
• The owner of the Chicago Pop-A-Lock will say a few words since they will be who we use for our automated lock systems.
• Our newly formed partnerships with inspection software to make the referral process more convenient

Secure24 will also be doing a business card raffle for a visa gift card.
