Inspection Certification Associates

Inspection Certificate Associates (ICA) provides online and classroom pre-licensing home inspection training in Illinois and across the country.  Our courses are approved by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation for the hours necessary to become a home inspector in Illinois. ICA is also a gold affiliate member of the American Society of Home Inspectors.

Our online home inspection training course is updated every year and can be completed at your own pace. The course will work on all computers and devices – including laptops, tablets and even iPhones and Android phones.  All 28 modules of the course are fully narrated instructor-led streaming video. ICA also offer classroom training in Illinois and around the country.
