Welcome to the Northern Illinois Chapter
of the American Society of Home Inspectors (NIC ASHI).

The knowledge you gain will be second to none.

ASHI was established in 1976. It is the oldest and most respected national professional organization of home inspectors in North America. We are a not-for-profit organization and its membership consists of nearly 6,000 individual home inspectors, representing solely owned, franchised, and multi-home inspector companies. Our goals have always been to build customer awareness of the importance of a quality home inspection and enhance the professionalism of home inspectors.
