Roy Spencer Roy Spencer and his entire staff have an unwavering commitment to helping homeowners keep their basements dry and make the most of their useable living space. He is pleased to have been invited to share his experiences and to have the opportunity to speak to the Nic-Ashi. His discussion will include 3 key topics to aid attendees in understanding more about Perma-Seal and the services they provide:

  • 1) What does a Perma-Seal FREE inspection involve / include?
  • 2) How does Perma-Seal diagnose structural foundation issues and what are the repair options?
  • 3) An explanation of Perma-Seal Sewer Backup Prevention and Sewer Camera & Rodding Services.

When Roy Spencer started Perma-Seal in 1979, his main goal was to provide Chicagoland homeowners with permanent solutions to their wet basement problems.
